These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FusionLabs website, www.fusionlabs.nz, and your purchase of products from FusionLabs.
By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Disclaimer.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. ABOUT FUSIONLABS
FusionLabs is a New Zealand-based online supplier.
Products offered through the website may be sourced from third-party manufacturers and suppliers, including international suppliers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, FusionLabs does not manufacture the products it sells.

9. CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS
Where available, FusionLabs may provide Certificates of Analysis or other product documentation.
A COA does not constitute regulatory approval, authorisation, registration, or a guarantee that a product is lawful, safe, effective, or suitable for any particular use.
10. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to:
Change product prices;
Change product descriptions;
Limit quantities;
Withdraw products;
Correct errors;
Refuse or cancel orders; or
Update product availability.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an applicable refund in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable New Zealand law.
11. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
FusionLabs reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, unlawful activity, payment irregularities, or a breach of these Terms.
12. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, customs, border controls, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
FusionLabs is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can lawfully be delivered to and possessed at their destination.
13. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable New Zealand law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under New Zealand law.
Where a product is faulty or does not meet applicable legal guarantees, customers may have rights and remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable legislation.
14. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Before completing an order, customers acknowledge that:

They have read and understood these Terms and the FusionLabs Disclaimer;
They understand that FusionLabs is a supplier and does not manufacture products unless expressly stated;
They understand that product descriptions do not determine the legal or regulatory status of a product;

FusionLabs will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, courier disruption, supply shortages, government action, border restrictions, customs delays, or other unforeseen events.
